1. Content and correctness

The website presents Le Press’s visitor information, partner stories and an educational interpretation of the Newal Kishore Press legacy. We aim to present information carefully, but errors, omissions, differing historical accounts and changes over time may occur. Dates, spellings, translations and attributions can vary between editions and sources. Commentary, family accounts and contemporary interpretations should be distinguished from original archival evidence.

Check prices, opening hours, event dates, availability, menus, access arrangements and offers directly with the relevant venue or organiser before making plans. Partner descriptions and linked content are not guarantees of a product or service. An external link, logo or archive reference does not imply endorsement by that organisation or a government authority.

2. Virtual exhibits, films and estimates

Digital twins, 3D machines, AR characters, animated portraits, generated images, synthetic narration and dramatised scenes are interpretive educational reconstructions unless explicitly identified as original archival material. They are not recordings of historical people or events, measured architectural surveys, or proof of exactly how a person, building or machine appeared or operated. A reconstructed voice or action must not be treated as an authentic quotation.

Historic quotations, scans and photographs should be read with their individual credits and source context. Restored, colourised, translated, abridged or adapted material may differ from an original. Period imagery used to illustrate a theme does not by itself establish that it depicts this Press.

City weather and air-quality information come from the providers identified alongside the feature. Garden cooling calculations are estimates or hypothetical scenarios, not continuously measured on-site conditions. Do not rely on them for health or safety decisions. AR positions and campus models are approximate: follow physical signs and staff guidance, remain aware of other visitors, and do not enter restricted areas.

3. Copyright, trademarks and media use

Ownership varies by item. Third-party books, scans, photographs, films, music, reels, illustrations, logos and trademarks remain subject to the rights of their respective authors, publishers, archives, artists, brands and other rights holders. Le Press and Newal Kishore Press do not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it is linked, embedded, credited or displayed here. Historical publication by the Press does not establish present ownership of every edition, translation, recording or adaptation.

Publicly accessible is not the same as public domain. A social-media post, search result or archive download is not automatically free to reproduce. A credit or this notice does not replace permission or an applicable legal exception. Public-domain status and licence conditions must be checked for the particular work, edition and intended use.

Viewing this website does not grant permission to download, reproduce, commercially exploit, alter or redistribute material. 5. Privacy, personal information and visitors in media

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, withdraw optional marketing choices, or raise a privacy concern. Requests will be considered subject to applicable law, necessary identity checks and any lawful retention requirements. Browsing the website or appearing in a public place is not blanket consent to promotional use of your identity.

If you appear in a photograph or video and have a concern about its use here, ask us to review it. Include the page URL and the image or video timestamp, but do not send passwords, government identification or unnecessary sensitive information in an initial email. A parent or lawful guardian can raise a concern for a child. We may need sufficient information to identify the material and understand your connection to it.
